You, Me and the Light
By You, Me and the Light will be an atmospheric short film illuminating the imaginations of young people.
The film will be co-created, in a series of performance and light art workshops with primary school-aged students with and without disability. Rawcus artists’ Sarah Walker, Rachel Edward, Nilgun Guven and Tom Doman will work with the students to devise, perform and create this delightful and intriguing film. The original soundtrack will be been composed by Jethro Woodward.
By You, Me and the Light will have multiple screenings at Federation Square between 17-31 December 2015 as well as a series of place based school community showings.
By You, Me and the Light has been proudly supported by Creative Victoria, The City of Port Phillip, the Lord Mayors Charitable Fund, venue partners ArtPlay and Federation Square (City of Melbourne) and the generosity of our donors.
