Collisions
“You were left..with memories of delight, sadness and an overall sense of longing…a tableau of peace and shared affection to flood your eyes and break your heart” The Age [full review]
Collaboration with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra
Horti Hall, Melbourne International Arts Festival
October 2005
Devised by Rawcus and and musicians from the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra
Collisions was the first stage in an exciting creative partnership between Rawcus, a theatre company of performers with and without disability and musicians from the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
Collisions was an experiment to see what happened when musicians from the MSO and performers from Rawcus came together in an empty space for a week. It culminated in a showing of the discoveries made during this creative development.
