David Evans
David Evans is an award-winning creative management and commercial brand strategist with over fifteen years of experience obtained from progressive roles within several different advertising, graphic design, innovation and brand agencies in the US and Australia. Growing up in the United States, David received recognition as an emerging young artist winning several National awards and an invitation to attend the prestigious Virginia Governors School for Fine Art. He later attended Boston University’s College of Communication where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications in 1999 having studied in both Boston and their UK-based London Academic Centre.
Well-regarded in the industry for his expertise in strategic branding and client management, he’s known for his immense wit, creative thinking and approachable manner. For these reasons, he’s brought success by leading commercial growth for such creative offices and organisations including Tank NY in New York, NY; Johnson & Johnson’s Global Strategic Design Office in New York, NY; Designworks Sydney and Melbourne, AU and as Executive Director of Client Service at Landor Melbourne for over five years. In 2019, David accepted the role of Collingwood-based, independent agency, Yoke who specialise in Arts, Culture, Creative Economy and Experience clients.
