Ethan is an HR professional with extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector, particularly in mental health at Mind Australia. He is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces and advocating for LGBT+ rights. Ethan currently is in HR at the University of Melbourne, where he is also a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Action Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and International Business from the University of Tasmania.
